During my stay at Elegant Shades, I had a truly pleasant and warm experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the nearby Sernabatim Beach, just a short 15-minute walk away. Plus, the location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat away from the bustling market area. I would definitely love to visit Elegant Shades again in the future and highly recommend it to couples and families alike.

Although there was nothing particularly dislikable about the place, it would have been more convenient if the check-out time could be changed to 12 noon or something similar for a more comfortable experience for guests.

The accommodation was excellent and comfortable, located near pretty gardens and restaurants. They offered great breakfast, and the food was perfect.- The apartment's rooms were clean and immaculate with all required amenities.- Overall experience was fantastic.

The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's beautiful tropical garden added to the serenity and peacefulness of the surroundings, providing a sense of well-being and care.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have the children working there provide more assistance and support to guests. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, a little more attention and assistance from the younger staff members would have truly made the stay exceptional for seniors.

We loved having a flat-screen TV, fan, and study table in the apartment, making it feel like a home away from home. The private bathroom with a shower in each unit was convenient, ensuring that we had privacy and comfort during our stay. Being able to make use of the in-room full-sized refrigerator, electric kettle, and coffee/tea makers was a great convenience for us. The complimentary bottled water and ceiling fans in the rooms added a nice touch to our overall comfort. The twin room with the electric kettle and balcony was delightful, providing us with a cozy space to relax and enjoy our mornings.

Personally, we found the inclusion of a hairdryer in the bathroom to be unnecessary, as we prefer to bring our own styling tools.

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn't like about my stay at Elegant Shades.

Stayed at a fabulous little place with cozy apartments, free parking, a refreshing pool, and a lovely balcony. The rooftop terrace, library, and garden were bonuses. Complimentary newspapers added sophistication.

Who needs WiFi in their room, anyway? It's much more exciting to venture out and hunt for a decent signal by the pool or on the balcony!

Nice apartment with marvellous and brilliant location adjacent to the local supermarket, fantastic green gardens and 10 mintes drive from the luxury resort. Huge room, clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Very clean pool for hot days. Location by Marina who gained her experience working on cruise ships. 20 minutes walk to Benaulim Beach.

Everything was clean, loved the host, had 2 great days here. We asked for wake-up service, everything was well-maintained.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. The location was convenient, with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. the in-house chef prepared delicious fish and shrimp dishes, making for a tasty dining experience.

There were issues with noise during the night, as dogs barked incessantly, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This should be updated to avoid misleading guests.

Tiny Balcony: The balcony in our room at Elegant Shades was unfortunately quite tiny. It was cramped and could only accommodate a fridge, a set of drawers, and two chairs, leaving very little space for movement or relaxation.

The hotel's decoration is so charming and elegant, with beautiful traditional Goan artwork and comfortable seating areas. It felt like a home away from home for us senior folks. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible, with ramps and handrails for us to navigate easily. The staff, especially the young ones working there, were always ready to assist us and made us feel like family.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more options for activities specifically tailored to our age group.
